Dove stanno i tuoi dati

Le password, le passkey e gli altri elementi sono cifrati sul tuo dispositivo (AES-256) con una chiave protetta dalla tua master password. Chi sviluppa l'app non conosce né la master password né la chiave e non può recuperarle: se dimentichi la master password, i dati non sono recuperabili.

Sincronizzazione iCloud

Se la attivi, i dati già cifrati vengono salvati nel tuo iCloud (database privato CloudKit del tuo Apple ID). Apple li conserva secondo le proprie condizioni; non sono leggibili da Apple né da noi. Alcune informazioni tecniche necessarie alla sincronizzazione (identificativi casuali, date di modifica) non sono cifrate.

Passkey e AutoFill

Le passkey sono conservate cifrate nel tuo archivio, come le password. Quando compili una password o una passkey, la verifica con Face ID, Touch ID o master password avviene sul tuo dispositivo; l'app non comunica a nessuno in quale sito o app le usi.

Face ID e Touch ID

Sono gestiti da iOS e macOS: l'app non riceve né conserva dati biometrici. La chiave di sblocco rapido è custodita nel Keychain del dispositivo.

Icone dei siti

Se l'opzione è attiva, l'app scarica l'icona direttamente dal sito di ciascun elemento. Quel sito vede quindi l'indirizzo IP del tuo dispositivo, come quando lo visiti. Puoi disattivare l'opzione in Impostazioni › Icone dei siti.

Acquisti

L'acquisto è gestito da Apple (App Store). Non riceviamo il tuo nome, la tua carta né altri dati di pagamento.

I tuoi diritti

Non conservando dati personali, non c'è nulla da consultare, correggere o cancellare presso di noi. I dati sono tuoi: puoi esportarli o eliminarli in qualsiasi momento dall'app (Impostazioni › Dati e backup; Impostazioni › iCloud › Elimina i dati da iCloud). Eliminando l'app dal dispositivo si eliminano i dati locali. Se risiedi nello Spazio economico europeo, hai in ogni caso i diritti previsti dal GDPR e puoi rivolgerti al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Bambini

L'app non è rivolta ai bambini e non raccoglie dati da nessuno.

In short

The developer of SafeLoft does not collect any data. The app has no servers of its own, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and does not track you.

Where your data lives

Passwords, passkeys and other items are encrypted on your device (AES-256) with a key protected by your master password. The developer knows neither your master password nor the key and cannot recover them: if you forget your master password, your data cannot be recovered.

iCloud sync

If you turn it on, your already encrypted data is stored in your own iCloud (the private CloudKit database of your Apple ID). Apple keeps it under its own terms; it is readable neither by Apple nor by us. Some technical information needed for syncing (random identifiers, modification dates) is not encrypted.

Passkeys and AutoFill

Passkeys are stored encrypted in your vault, like passwords. When you fill in a password or a passkey, verification with Face ID, Touch ID or your master password happens on your device; the app does not tell anyone which website or app you use them in.

Face ID and Touch ID

These are handled by iOS and macOS: the app neither receives nor stores biometric data. The quick-unlock key is kept in the device Keychain.

Site icons

If the option is on, the app downloads each item's icon directly from that item's website. That website therefore sees your device's IP address, just as when you visit it. You can turn the option off in Settings › Site icons.

Purchases

The purchase is handled by Apple (App Store). We do not receive your name, your card or any other payment details.

Your rights

Since we do not keep personal data, there is nothing to access, correct or delete on our side. Your data is yours: you can export or delete it at any time from the app (Settings › Data and backup; Settings › iCloud › Delete data from iCloud). Deleting the app from the device removes the local data. If you live in the European Economic Area, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR and may contact your data protection authority.

Children

The app is not directed to children and does not collect data from anyone.

This website

This site uses no tracking cookies or analytics tools. It only remembers your chosen language in your browser.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
